Okay, I caved... the breeder said to keep the guineas in the coop for 2 weeks to get imprinted so they will come back to the coop at night, then release one the first day, another the next, etc... S wanted to let them out yesterday (1 week) but I wanted to Follow The Rules... but we were out there today in the sun, getting the Birdie Bunkie site set and levelled, ready for turf as soon as they (the turf farm) open (next week sometime)... and one of the guineas was adamant about wanting out.... so I caved...  Gladys is free now, wandering around eating bugs... the others are very excited, especially when she wanders tooo far away.   then HOLY GUACAMOLE they're loud!!!    But she wanders back and everyone is quiet again.   Hopefully we'll be able to get her back in at dusk...
