Apparently, they have been producing milk here for 6 generations - since 2004 they have been making cheese, yogurt, and gelato... when we went, however, they pretty much only had gelato and a few small packets of cheese and quite a bit of gelato... will have to go back later in the year to see if they really DO make and sell cheese!...
