first off - thanks to all of you for all the cards, calls, email and texts wishing both S and I happy birthday(s)! much appreciated!

Is S's day off so we decided to spend the day in pursuit of various necessities for our new house... first on the list, apparently, is a squirrel feeder. Yep. And yes, it's something S desperately wants... did I mention it is entirely possible she was dropped on her head (a lot) as a baby and/or small child? So... first...

It's FINALLY getting warmer here (although the wind is still ccccold) and last week I got out for 2 good walks on the dyke in Port Williams - I have a client who quite often takes her standard poodle for a walk from Port Williams to Wolfville and then her husband picks her up in Wolfville. We are finally, happily (VERY HAPPILY!!!) able to announce - we have bought a house - the PERFECT house!
